24-Month Product Warranty
MineASIC provides a 24-month product warranty for defects for all customers, according to applicable European and Czech legislation.
Warranty claims are reviewed based on product condition, intended use, documentation, and technical inspection results.
Proof of Purchase Required
To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase such as an invoice, receipt, or order confirmation.
- Order number or invoice must match the claimed product.
- Serial number or product identification may be required.
- Photos, logs, or diagnostic details may be requested.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To keep the warranty valid, the product must be used correctly, stored safely, and kept free from unauthorized modification or repair.
Covered Conditions
- The product must be used according to its intended purpose and instructions for use.
- The product must be handled, stored, and operated under suitable conditions.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice.
- The claimed issue must be related to a qualifying product defect.
Warranty Limitations
- The product must not be damaged by improper use, handling, or storage.
- The product must not be modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
- The warranty does not cover consumable items such as batteries, light bulbs, or similar parts.
Important Exclusions
Warranty protection may be refused if the miner or hardware shows signs of misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, liquid exposure, poor storage, electrical damage, physical damage, or operation outside recommended conditions.
