How long does it take to receive my order?
If the item is in stock, delivery usually takes around 1-6 business days, depending on your destination and courier handling.
How do I change my shipping address?
Contact us by email, phone, or chat as soon as possible. In many cases, we can still help adjust the shipping address even when the package is already in transit.
How do I track the status of my order?
We provide tracking information for dispatched packages. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow the delivery status.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, MineASIC ships worldwide to most countries. We ship across Europe, including Germany, France, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Austria, Ireland, and more. Some destinations may be restricted, including Iran, Russia, and India.
Will my items come in one package?
It depends on the order size. Large ASIC miners, such as units weighing around 21 kg, are usually shipped as separate packages to protect the hardware during transit.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Contact MineASIC immediately. If the package has not been fully delivered yet, we will do our best to correct or update the shipping details.
Payments & Taxes
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No. MineASIC does not store your credit card information. Card payments are processed through a secure bank-operated payment gateway. Our system only receives the payment confirmation status.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
Yes. VAT or sales tax may apply based on your location. If you are a VAT-registered company in Europe, additional tax may not be charged when valid details are provided. For local non-registered taxpayers, VAT may apply to electronic items.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You can return eligible items according to European legislation within 14 days after receiving the package. Some exceptions may apply depending on the product type and legal restrictions.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement and correct the issue. When the mistake is on our side, we will help make the process as smooth as possible.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Our packaging is very solid and damage is rare. If your item arrives damaged, contact us right away. Parcels are insured, and we will help you with the claim and resolution process.

Can I change or cancel an order after submitting it?
Yes, contact us as soon as possible. You may also have the right to return eligible items within 14 days after receiving the package.

How do I create an account?
Click the Account option on the website and create your account. You can also shop without an account, but we recommend creating one for easier order tracking and support.
How do I receive customer support?
MineASIC provides pre-purchase and general customer support. We are happy to help before and after your purchase, including support during the warranty period.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Yes. Pre-ordering is available for selected sold-out products and can be a good way to secure better pricing on upcoming ASIC miner batches.
