How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days from Monday to Friday. Shipping time depends on your location. For Europe, delivery is usually within 6 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Eligible items may be returned according to European legislation within 14 days after receiving the package. For exchanges, returns, or defective items, please contact MineASIC support before sending anything back.
How do I change my shipping address?
