We are accepting all returns within 14 days as laws in Czech Republic require. This period starts after you receive your items. You need to contact us within 14 days after receiving of your package. We may arrange pick up from you as well.

Just write us an email by replying to email that you have already received. The shipping address can be changed without problems.

You will receive tracking number for all your orders. This tracking number will be received by email.

We ship to all countries in Europe. Our Central location helps us to reach all our customers form Europe within 6 days. Customers from  countries Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Austria, Hungary will receive within 2 days. Customers from France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Portugal are will usually receive packages within 4 days.

Yes and NO. Most of ASIC miners are quite heavy and big and have robust packing that increase volume of overall package and allow them to be shipped without damage WorldWide. Therefore if you order for example 6 time Antminer S19j pro 110TH you may receive  5 packages packed in one big package containing 4 smaller packages with ASICs and another package with additional 5th ASIC miner packed separately.
