MineASIC respects local European consumer law and provides a clear 14-day return process for eligible hardware purchases, subject to inspection and product condition.

14-Day Return Policy

We respect local European law where applicable, which gives customers the right to return bought items within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the package.
  • The item must be in its original condition with packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation included.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was delivered.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method or the customer may choose an exchange.
Inspection Required

If the item is damaged, incomplete, modified, or not in its original condition, MineASIC reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for return due to their custom, special-order, or used condition.

Custom-made mining rigs
Specially ordered items
Broken factory seals
Modified or damaged hardware

Restocking Fees

After the standard 14-day return window, accepted returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

15% Restocking fee after 14 days

A restocking fee may also apply if the returned item is not in original condition but is still accepted by MineASIC.

Return Process

Please contact MineASIC before sending any hardware back. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Provide product details, serial number if available, photos if needed, and the reason for the request.

Send the Item Back

Return the item in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and all included documentation.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund, exchange, repair, or next available resolution.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. Exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by MineASIC customer service before the item is shipped back.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt when possible.
  • After 14 days, accepted returns or exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • The item must be returned in original condition with packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to an exchange, unless MineASIC delivered the wrong item.
  • If the customer receives the wrong item, MineASIC will cover return shipping and provide the correct item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is not the item that was ordered. In that case, MineASIC will cover return shipping and provide the correct item.

Refund or Exchange

After the item is received and inspected, MineASIC may issue a refund to the original payment method or process an approved exchange.

Original Condition Required

Returned items must include all packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation. Damaged, incomplete, or modified products may be refused.
