ASIC Miner Policy
ASIC miners are specialized computational devices whose market value depends heavily on cryptocurrency market conditions.
Because many ASIC miners are ordered specifically for customers or sourced internationally, they may be exempt from standard withdrawal rights under applicable EU consumer regulations.
Customers acknowledge this before purchase.
Returns and Refund Policy
Consumers may cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection law unless exemptions apply.
Returned products must:
- remain unused
- include original packaging
- be complete with accessories
- not show installation damage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Refurbished or used equipment may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

Used or refurbished equipment includes a 14-day Return-to-Base hardware warranty unless stated differently.

Pricing and Payments
