These terms govern the purchase and use of industrial mining hardware and services provided by MineASIC. Please read carefully before finalizing your order.
Legal Disclaimer
Products are sold as described in the official technical specifications. MineASIC provides no additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
- Ownership of hardware transfers to the customer only after full payment is cleared.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with export/import laws in their jurisdiction.
- Operation of high-power hardware is at the user's risk.
Company Information
MineASIC is operated by Kentino s.r.o., a limited liability company registered and based in Prague, Czech Republic. We have been actively providing industrial mining solutions and high-performance computing hardware since 2012.
Product Information
Product images are illustrative only. The actual hardware may vary in color, fan configuration, or chassis material while maintaining performance specifications.
Technical specifications such as TH/s and wattage are based on manufacturer documentation and are subject to availability and batch variances.

Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and have provided accurate, current information for identity verification.
Contract Formation
All orders submitted via the website constitute an offer to buy. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send a formal Dispatch Confirmation email. We support communication and documentation in English, Czech, Slovak, and French.

Import Duties and Taxes
For customers outside the European Union (EU), the customer is the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying any import duties, local VAT, and customs clearance fees required by your destination country.
ASIC Miner Policy
ASIC miners are specialized computational devices whose market value is highly dependent on cryptocurrency price fluctuations and network difficulty. Therefore, these products may be exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under Directive 2011/83/EU where the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market.
Returns and Refund Policy
14-Day Cancellation
Eligible items must be returned unused, in original sealed packaging. Any sign of use voids the standard return eligibility.
Restocking Fee
A mandatory 20% restocking fee applies to any accepted returns of equipment that has been unboxed or powered on.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive hardware that is defective or does not match your order, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate repair through official channels, provide a replacement, or issue a refund if neither is feasible.
Warranty Terms
New Equipment
Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, such as Bitmain or MicroBT. We will assist in the RMA process but are not the final arbiter of warranty coverage.
Used or Refurbished Equipment
Includes a limited 14-day Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty for functional failures only.
Exclusions
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, environmental damage, or unauthorized overclocking or firmware modification voids all warranties.
Pricing and Payments
Prices are fixed at the time of order in your selected currency. All payments must be cleared before hardware enters the shipping queue.
Electronic Communication
By using our services, you agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Force Majeure
MineASIC is not liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, global supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
Order Adjustments
In rare cases of stock shortages from manufacturers, we reserve the right to offer equivalent or superior hardware replacements. Customers will always be notified via email prior to such adjustments.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
